About The Owner
Hi, I'm Ethan Kozak, the proud Owner and Creator of Coco Loco hot cocoa mixes! Ever since I was a little kid, I loved hot cocoa and always asked my mom to make it for us. When my mom found out she couldn't eat gluten or dairy, she wasn't able to drink hot cocoa anymore because of it containing milk powder and sometimes gluten. So, I had an idea! I would make gluten free, dairy free hot cocoa mix so that everyone could enjoy hot cocoa! As I was experimenting with the recipe, I thought I would replace the regular white sugar with the low-glycemic & less processed coconut sugar, and add superfood fruit powders to lower the overall sugar content. My cocoa mixes are vegan, healthy & gluten free! I started to sell my hot cocoa mixes when I was 13 and my business has been growing ever since!
